TRAINING OF FUTURE EDUCATORS OF PRESCHOOL EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS FOR PSYCHOEMOTIONAL SUPPORT OF CHILDREN OF EARLY AND PRESCHOOL AGE

Abstract

The purpose of the article is to study the theoretical-methodical and practical aspects of training future educators of preschool education institutions to provide psycho-emotional support to children of early and preschool age. The research methodology is based on theoretical methods of analysis of the theory and practice of professional training of future teachers for the emotional development of preschool children, generalization of the provisions of the normative and legal framework, systematization of the results of modern scientific research of the raised problem in the publications of scientists. The scientific novelty consists in the identification of theoretical, value-motivational, practical areas of training of future teachers of preschool education institutions for psycho-emotional support of early and preschool children based on modern scientific approaches to the problem of emotional development of children. The age-specific features of the development of the affective sphere of preschoolers, the influence of psychotraumatic events in wartime conditions on it, the need for cooperation between teachers, parents, practical psychologists and doctors in order to preserve the emotional health of children are brought up to date. The authors researched the content of normative and selective disciplines of the educational and professional program "Preschool Education" ("General Psychology", "Psychology of Early and Preschool Children", "Pedagogical Psychology", etc.), established their potential in the process of forming the readiness of future educators for psycho-emotional support for preschoolers. Presented are modern resources for teachers and parents for the psychological support of children and adults in war conditions. Conclusions. The need for purposeful professional training of future teachers for psycho-emotional support of early and preschool children in separate areas: theoretical, value-motivational and practical has been proven.
