ANALYSIS OF EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF FUTURE SOCIAL EDUCATORS IN TODAY'S CONDITIONS

Abstract

The article presents the results of the analysis of educational and professional training programs for students of higher education, specialty 231 «Social work» (EP «Social pedagogy»). The educational practices of training future social pedagogues were studied based on the study of the official websites of Ukrainian universities and educational programs for students of higher education in the specialty 231 «Social work» (EP «Social pedagogy»). An analysis of scientific works on the experience of training social pedagogues in Ukraine was carried out. The specifics of theoretical approaches to the training of specialists in the specialty 231 Social work under the educational and professional programs «Social pedagogy» for social and pedagogical activities have been determined. The purpose of the article is to conduct a review and analysis of educational and professional programs (hereinafter – EP) of training specialists in sociopedagogical activities for educational institutions. The research methodology is based on scientific and scientific-practical approaches, as well as research methods, in particular: systematization and generalization of information on current educational programs for training specialists in the specialty 231 Social work under educational and professional programs «Social pedagogy». The scientific novelty lies in the fact that for the first time educational and professional training programs for specialists in the specialty 231 «Social work» (EP «Social pedagogy») have been researched on the example of scientific schools: Kharkiv National Pedagogical University named after H.S. Skovorody, Zhytomyr Ivan Franko State University, Khmelnytskyi National University, Zaporizhzhia National University. The article highlights the employability of graduates who have the opportunity to work in educational institutions and socio-pedagogical institutions subordinate to the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine, and the Ministry of Health of Ukraine. The actualization of the socio-pedagogical component of the professional training of future specialists in socio-economic specialties of higher education institutions of Ukraine was noted. Conclusions. The results of the study showed the need to train specialists in social and pedagogical activities of the new generation. High-quality professional training of future social pedagogues depends on the constant adaptation of educational programs to modern requirements and needs of the social and pedagogical field.
