ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AS A CATALYST FOR THE TRANSFORMATION OF INDUSTRY 4.0 INTO 5.0: THE ROLE OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION

Abstract

Artificial intelligence (AI) is a key catalyst in the transformation of Industry 4.0 into Industry 5.0, which focuses on the integration of technology with the human factor. In this context, public administration plays an important role in ensuring the efficiency, transparency and inclusiveness of public services. The use of AI allows you to optimize management processes, analyze large amounts of data for informed decision-making.The aim of the article is to analyze the role of artificial intelligence as a catalyst for the transformation of Industry 4.0 into Industry 5.0, as well as to study the impact of this transformation on public administration.The research methodology involves the use of a comprehensive approach, including several methods, for an in-depth analysis of the role of artificial intelligence in the transformation of industry 4.0 into 5.0 and its impact on public administration. Organization of in-depth interviews with key experts who have experience in implementing AI technologies in public administration to obtain detailed information on practical aspects and challenges.The scientific novelty of the work lies in the comprehensive analysis of the role of artificial intelligence as a catalyst for the transformation of industry 4.0 into industry 5.0, with an emphasis on its impact on public administration.Conclusions. Research into the role of artificial intelligence (AI) as a catalyst for the transformation of Industry 4.0 into Industry 5.0 emphasizes the importance of integrating new technologies into public administration. The results of the study have important practical significance for the formation of a strategy for the implementation of artificial intelligence in public administration in Ukraine, which will contribute to the development of innovative technologies and improve the quality of public services.
