PSYCHOLOGICAL READINESS OF HEADS OF GENERAL SECONDARY EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS FOR ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIVITIES

Abstract

The purpose of the article is to analyze the research on approaches to determining the content and structure of psychological readiness of heads of educational institutions for managerial activities, to reveal the essence of structural components. The scientific novelty is that, using the method of scientific literature analysis, the content and structure of psychological readiness of heads of general secondary education institutions for managerial activities are determined. The concept of psychological readiness of heads of general education institutions for managerial activity in general secondary education institutions (GSEIs) is clarified, which consists in their readiness to effectively influence the team, make decisions and solve problems in modern conditions of managerial work The structure of psychological readiness of heads of GSEIs for managerial activity, which contains the following components: motivational and personal (selfperception, self-analysis, self-regulation, empathy, cognitive (perception, attention, memory, thinkin. Conclusions. The psychological readiness of managers for managerial activities is important for the successful functioning and development of a modern educational institution. Psychological readiness helps managers to effectively solve their tasks and achieve success in managerial work, and improve the quality of managerial work.
