ANALYSIS OF THE KEY CONCEPTS OF THE TRAINING OF FUTURE ENGINEER ARMY SPECIALISTS IN THE EXPERIENCE OF FOREIGN COUNTRIES

Abstract

The purpose of the article is to study the potential of foreign strategies for professional training of personnel for engineering troops in the conditions of digital changes in society. Research methodology. Based on the use of methods of scientific knowledge (synthesis, analysis, generalization), the relevance of the current research is revealed, which is seen in the need to transform the traditional methodical approach in the educational process, taking into account successful foreign experience. In the study, military education is analyzed as an important component of the system of guaranteeing national security of the developed countries of the world, with its own goals, principles and laws. The novelty of the article. Definitions of the structure and content of military education in foreign practice are singled out, as well as general trends in the development of national military education systems and the dominant vectorial nature of training military specialists. The research substantiates the directions of digital optimization of the educational process, which aim to form information-digital and communication competence in future specialists of the engineering forces, as an important component of their general professionalism. In the process of work, the possibility of implementing priority foreign approaches, methods and tools of the process of professional training of personnel for engineering forces, which proved significant effectiveness at the stage of practical approbation, was studied. Conclusions. It was established that the active implementation of the experience of foreign countries regarding professional military training in the national educational space necessitates the systematic improvement of the qualifications of the scientific-pedagogical and instructorteaching staff of military educational institutions of Ukraine, including in the environment of the functioning of foreign engineering troops. It was found that further research requires substantiation of the prerequisites for the implementation of digital, organizational and managerial optimization of the professional training of engineering troops in the conditions of the realities of martial law.
