REGULATORY AND LEGAL SECURITY OF BANKRUPTCY PROCEDURES IN UKRAINE AND ITS SIGNIFICANCE FOR THE SOCIO-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF UKRAINE

Abstract

The regulatory and legal support of bankruptcy procedures in Ukraine and their impact on the socioeconomic development of the country have been studied. The critical importance of regulatory and legal acts for an effective economic system capable of solving the financial difficulties of enterprises is determined. It is noted that bankruptcy procedures provide clear mechanisms for the distribution of assets and the protection of creditors’ rights, which helps to increase the confidence of investors and creates favorable conditions for attracting capital. The role of these procedures in stimulating entrepreneurship and the development of innovations in business, as well as their impact on saving jobs and preventing social crises, is substantiated. It is highlighted that transparent and effective legal support of bankruptcy procedures makes Ukraine resistant to the challenges of war, contributing to a high level of rights protection and creating a favorable investment climate. The purpose of the article is to review and analyze the regulatory and legal provision of bankruptcy procedures in Ukraine in order to determine their impact on the socio-economic development of the country. The research methodology is based on the application of general scientific methods. They were applied directly. the following methods: analysis, synthesis, observation, generalization. However, the key method for the analysis of legal support for bankruptcy procedures in Ukraine was content analysis, which allowed to qualitatively examine the texts of regulatory acts and draw further conclusions. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the fact that for the first time normative legal acts in the field of ensuring bankruptcy procedures in Ukraine are systematized and their impact on the socio-economic development of the country is determined and the importance of bankruptcy procedures for the stability of the economy in war conditions is determined. Conclusions. The considered aspects indicate the need for constant improvement of the legislation and the implementation of regulatory acts regarding bankruptcy procedures in order to ensure the effective functioning of the economic system and the preservation of stability in the socio-economic development of the country. The need for further measures to improve this area to ensure the economic stability and competitiveness of the national economy in war conditions is also substantiated.
