THE FORMULA OF SUCCESS OF THE MODERN LEADER: MOTIVATIONAL ASPECT

Abstract. In the article the author seeks answers to the following questions: What determines the success of each organization? Can it be stable and long-term? Does it depend on the success of the leader? Is there a universal way for success of a modern leader? Is there a formula for it? If we look at life, we really see that there are a lot of people want to be a leader, have unique, fundamental knowledge, excellent education, who do not stop investing money in their further development, but its success leaves much to be desired. What is the reason? The fact is that scientists believe there are still 90% of needs and without them knowledge alone does not work. The author is trying to answer this question in the conditions of the master’s study “Public Management and Administration” of the KZVO Vinnytsia Academy of Continuing Education.
