The aim of the article is to analyze approaches to ensuring the humanization of professional training of future managers in the higher education system, to identify challenges and to propose responses to challenges. The overall purpose of our study is to improve the quality of professional training of future managers, to make it more humane and relevant to the current needs of society. The methodology of our study is based on the fact that ensuring the humanization of professional training of future managers in the higher education system requires a comprehensive approach and research of various aspects. The subject of the study is practical approaches to improving the system of professional training of future managers in the higher education system. The object is the process of introducing humanistic principles into the educational process of a higher education institution. The scientific novelty of the work is that for the first-time practical approaches to improving the system of professional training of future managers in the system of higher education have been organized and comprehensively presented. Conclusions. Here are some of the vectors of our research and responses to the challenges. 1. Development of flexible curricula (modern curricula should be flexible and adaptable to changes in the socio-economic environment; modern methods and tools can quickly introduce changes in the learning process). 2. Development of interpersonal skills and leadership qualities (humanization in education emphasizes the development of soft skills: cooperation, communication and leadership qualities; effective methods of teaching and assessing these skills). 3. Inclusive education (ensuring access to higher education for all students, including people with special needs, and this is one of the main aspects of the humanization of education; strategies and practices of inclusive education). 4. Innovative approaches to education (the use of new technologies, including virtual reality and artificial intelligence, will improve the quality of education and make it more accessible). 5. Ethics education and civic responsibility (methods of teaching ethics and civic responsibility that will help future managers to be more conscious and responsible leaders).
