OUTSOURCING ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTIONS: BENEFITS AND RISKS

The article considers modern approaches to outsourcing administrative functions in the activities of enterprises, and also analyzes its advantages and potential risks. The relevance of the topic is due to globalization processes, constant intensification of competition and the need for effective use of resources in modern organizations. Involving external performers in the performance of administrative functions allows companies to focus on key areas of business, reduce costs, improve the quality of management and quickly implement innovations. In the process of research, the main advantages of outsourcing were identified, including: optimization of the organizational structure of the enterprise, increased flexibility and efficiency of management decision-making, reduction of costs for maintaining administrative personnel, the possibility of access to highly qualified specialists and modern technologies. Particular attention is paid to the issues of improving the quality of administrative tasks and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements. At the same time, the main risks accompanying the process of outsourcing administrative functions were analyzed. In particular, the threats of loss of control over internal business processes, emergence of confidential and legal risks, decrease in the level of corporate culture, as well as the possibility of dependence on external service providers are considered. The authors also draw attention to the need to develop an effective outsourcing management strategy, detailed study of contractual relations with contractors and implementation of monitoring and evaluation systems for the results of involving external performers. The aim of the article is to summarize the theoretical foundations and practical experience of outsourcing administrative functions, identify the main advantages and risks of such practice, as well as highlight recommendations for reducing potential threats. The research methodology is based on a comprehensive approach that combines qualitative and quantitative methods. This approach provides a deep understanding of the theoretical aspects of outsourcing, and also allows you to analyze the practical experience of enterprises. An analysis of scientific and professional literature on the outsourcing of administrative functions will be conducted, including monographs, scientific articles, analytical reports and official documents. This will allow you to form a theoretical basis for the study, identify key concepts, advantages and risks that accompany the implementation of outsourcing in the administrative sphere. To analyze the data obtained, methods of comparative analysis, systematization and generalization will be used. The proposed methodological approach will ensure the objectivity, reliability and representativeness of the results, and will also allow for the formation of practical recommendations for enterprises on the effective implementation of outsourcing of administrative functions, taking into account possible risks. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the fact that the article for the first time carries out a comprehensive analysis of the outsourcing of administrative functions with an emphasis on the systematization of its advantages and risks in the conditions of modern transformations of management activities. New aspects of the impact of outsourcing on the effectiveness of the organizational structure are revealed and the prospects for minimizing risks through improving the mechanisms of partnership interaction are outlined. Conclusions. In conclusion, the article contains practical recommendations for the implementation of outsourcing of administrative functions in the activities of enterprises in various industries, and also outlines the directions of further research in this area. The results obtained may be useful for enterprise managers, personnel management specialists, analysts and scientists who are interested in modern tools for optimizing management processes.
