DIGITAL TOOLS AND STRATEGIES FOR MANAGEMENT COMMUNICATION IN DISTANCE LEARNING IN VOCATIONAL EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS

The aim of the article is to identify the leading role of digital communication in the system of public administration in education, which is particularly relevant in the context of distance learning. The article substantiates the feasibility of implementing a digital communication strategy as a key tool to ensure effective management of vocational education institutions. The research methodology is based on two-way communication, combining asynchronous (email, forums) and synchronous (video conferences, chats) formats. This approach ensures not only the effectiveness of the educational process but also the formation of an information-educational environment within the institution. At the same time, a structured approach to organizing interaction and effectively using modern digital tools – particularly those included in the Google Workspace for Education ecosystem – becomes crucial. The COVID-19 pandemic revealed challenges related to digital competence and infrastructure, emphasizing the need for a unified and secure information environment. The article explores the application of Google Workspace for Education services for administrative communication, feedback, meeting organization, and information support. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the proposed digital communication strategy, which encompasses management, feedback, meetings, information support, monitoring, operational communication, planning, and the development of digital competencies. It systematizes these directions and outlines the potential use of appropriate tools. The role of artificial intelligence, in particular Google Gemini, in enhancing the efficiency of management processes is also highlighted. Conclusions. The conditions studied in this work for increasing communication efficiency in educational institutions imply transparency, accessibility, and the operation of active feedback mechanisms. This requires a high level of digital literacy from both the administration and the teaching staff, as well as a readiness for continuous professional development. The use of modern digital tools contributes to teamwork, a culture of collaboration, and the development of professional autonomy.
