FORMATION OF SOFTWARE COMPETENCES IN THE CONDITIONS OF THE MASTER’S DEGREE IN PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION AND ADMINISTRATION: MEDIATION AND DIALOGICAL COMPETENCES

In this article, a theoretical-methodological study was conducted and attention was paid to the problem of applying the model of mediation and dialogue of students of higher education in public management and administration in the conditions of the master’s degree during the formation of program competencies; at the same time, the need for the formation of both meditative competence and dialogic competence during the organization of the educational process for the formation of OPP was clarified. Proposed methodological principles regarding the practical use of the model of program outcomes of master’s studies in public management and administration with the application of mediation and dialogue competencies; the activity of information and communication technologies (ICT), which should ensure the development of program competencies of masters in the specialty 281 “Public management and administration”, is substantiated. The innovation of the research is the need to form socio-communicative competence in the practical application of the model of mediation and dialogue in order to develop resistance to stress in the students of education in the conditions of war.
