COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS AND PRINCIPLES OF LEADING INTERNATIONAL COACHING COMMUNITIES: WORLD AND NATIONAL PRACTICE

The purpose of the study is to conduct a comparative analysis of professional standards and principles of the leading international coaching communities. The methodology is based on the current issue of defining professional standards of the principles of international coaching communities, theoretical and practical aspects of the formation and development of professional competence of coaches, and the implementation of its correct structural and functional analysis. Scientific novelty. In recent years, scientists in various states have been actively conducting research on this issue and pointing out the need to optimize the certification system for coaching professionals and adapt them to the challenges of our time. Also important is the historical aspect of the creation of the psychological profession through certification, in particular, competence criteria, specifics of coverage, attitudes towards types of coverage, attitudes towards types of employment and bodies that can carry out certification. The development of various coaching associations was analyzed.Informal groups of coaches were the first to be created, which gradually developed into international structures. It is these structures that have great influence, regulate and support coaches. Thanks to international coaching associations, coaching specialists achieve a high level of professionalism, which increases the level of trust in coaching, helps to develop and spread it in different parts of the world. Conclusions. A comparative analysis of nine key organizations (associations, unions and federations) that set standards for the professional activity of coaches around the world was conducted. Among them are the following: Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC), International Coaching Council (ICC), International Coach Federation (ICF), International Association of Coaching (IAC), Certified Coaches Federation (CCF), European Coaching Institute (ECI), International Guild of Coaches (IGC), International Coach Union (ICU) and other coaching associations. Each of them has its own principles, qualification criteria, and code of ethics.The analysis presented in the article highlights the process of development of international coaching organizations, the creation of professional coaching standards, certification and their personalities in different organizations. In addition, common methodological foundations that contribute to the unity of coaching approaches have been established.
