INNOVATIVE MECHANISMS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF E-GOVERNMENT IN UKRAINE: REGIONAL PRIORITIES AND GLOBALIZATION CHALLENGES

Abstract

The purpose of the article is to analyze innovative mechanisms for the development of e-government in Ukraine, to identify regional priorities and to study the impact of globalization challenges on the digital transformation of public administration, to study innovative mechanisms for the development of e-government in Ukraine, taking into account regional priorities and globalization challenges. The article examines current trends in digital transformation, integration and openness in e-government, e-government development, peculiarities of innovation in the regions, the impact of globalization on the development of digital management tools, and the prospects for integrating regional e-government systems into the European digital space.Research methodology. The study applies a systematic approach, methods of analysis and synthesis, comparative analysis and statistical data for a comprehensive assessment of the state and prospects of e-government development at the regional level. Scientific novelty. Recommendations for the implementation of innovative mechanisms in the field of e-government are developed, taking into account the specific needs of the regions of Ukraine. The priorities for integrating regional systems into the European digital space are also substantiated. The peculiarities of introducing innovations at the regional level, in particular in Vinnytsia region, with an emphasis on taking into account the specific needs of the regions, cooperation with the private sector, the community and international organizations are considered. The impact of globalization processes on the development of digital governance mechanisms in the regions is analyzed. The priorities for improving e-governance in the context of sustainable regional development and the prospects for integrating regional systems into the European digital space are outlined. An integrated approach to the development of e-government, including strategy, investment, infrastructure and training, is proposed. Based on the analysis, recommendations for the effective implementation of e-government at the regional level are developed.Conclusions. Effective e-government development requires a comprehensive approach that includes strategic planning, investment, infrastructure improvement, human capital development, and active cooperation with international partners.
